Hi,
I'm trying to figure out how I can export the .gph files into either csv or xls so that I can use other graphing software for making figures. Any ideas (besides manually copy-pasting each entry individually)?
Thanks!

Hi Jeff,

I believe you can save your .gph file as a text file after you graph
your ordination and go to "Save Graph As ...".

Although it was actually "Save scores as", just below the "save graph as", in the graph window (just in case anyone else looks this up).

Jeffrey,

I save as ...gph, open in a text editor and save as ...txt (I prefer ASCII text), then import into ...xls. I don't know of a direct way to get scores into a spreadsheet, but it is MUCH faster than individual copy/paste.

Thanks Susan,
But like I described above, it seems you can just export it directly into nice excel sheets (.xls, or .xlsx).
