incorporating distance measures calculated by other methods

I love the subsampled permanova and other stats in PC ORD. It seems however I am restricted to using one of the distance metrics that are part of the software. Is there any way that I can upload a distance matrix into PC ORD as an excel table to do subsampled PerManova or even other stats such as db_RDA?

Some of the routines in PC-ORD accept an externally calculated distance matrix, but others do not. Currently the analyses allowing direct input of a distance matrix are the Mantel test, nonmetric multidimensional scaling, and cluster analysis.
