mrpp test

hi everyone,

First, thanks for pc-Ord. It is very useful software for us.

I want to make a MRP test. But i dont know how to prepare own data set

I have two files. 

file 1 : environmental variable (pH, DO, salinity, eg)
file 2 : Diatom species of sampling areas

1- How do I import these files into the pc-ord program?
In what format should I save?
2- I will use the pc-ord program for the first time. That's why I'm having difficulty. My program version is 4.35
