How to use the PBworks API?

Hello,

I've read through most of the posts on this page, but I still don't fully understand how to use the API 2.0 for PBworks. I have used many APIs in the past, but there's not basic information in the documentation about base urls or expected formatting for proper inputs with API calls, etc. Can someone help me start in the right direction?
