I used to use https://ourwikiname.pbworks.com/backup.php

That worked wonderfully with our automated backup system.

It looks like it is disabled.

Any plans to re-enable that?

Is there a different, recommended way to get automated backups done
that anyone here would like to share?

We have a set of API calls you can use for exporting data from your
workspace:

http://secure.pbworks.com/api_v2/?q=DeleteExport
http://secure.pbworks.com/api_v2/?q=GetExport

Awesome. Thanks!

Just a thought. Isn't it a little bit of a burden on you guys to
provide a full export each time? Shouldn't you guys just do an rsync
and provide us with the diff? That is, if any files and pages have
changed, why should you pay for bandwidth to provide them to us each
and every time we backup? I don't know if it makes financial sense
for you to do that, but it's an idea.

In terms of complexity, it's actually easier for us to just provide a
full export each time. Bandwidth is a relatively small cost compared
to the overhead of figuring out when the last export was, comparing
the differences, and also supporting full backups for the people that
want it.
