WebHooks Error

I would like to use the webhooks feature to send data from my workspace to my server. I set-up a folder on my server with a index.html file.
I continue to receive the same error message:
Error response (HTTP code was 404 instead of 200) from 'http://mydomain.net/test/index.html'
Could anyone please comment on the possible reasons for this error?

Are you literally using "mydomain.net" or does that get replaced with
your actual domain? It looks like the file doesn't actually exist on
your server at the address you're using. Are you able to access the
file through your browser normally?
