Starting off POV's fall lineup is THE BIRTH OF SAKÉ premiering Monday, September 5 at 10/9c. Director Erik Shirai received a Special Jury Mention for Best Documentary Director at the 2015 Tribeca Film Festival for this incredibly beautiful homage to the craft and dedication saké makers at the 144-year-old Tedorigawa Yoshida Sake Brewery in Japan.
