I've been working on a project called We the Voters for months and it's finally set to launch on September 14!

The project is a nonpartisan digital slate of 20 short films designed to inform, inspire and activate voters nationwide with fresh perspectives on the subjects of democracy, elections and governance in the lead up to the 2016 elections. The first 10 films launch on 9/14 and the final 10 launch on 10/12. And we will have tons of free materials to help support education, entertainment and conversation around the election!

If you want to partner with us, engage your org or supporters in screening parties or do anything I want to help you do that! Here's some ways we can work together.
  • PBS Learning Media is creating a series of k - 12 curriculum guides that align with c3 standards, they'll be accessible through PBS Election Central but let me know if you think this is something you might be interested in and we can make sure you get an update when they're available.
  • We're creating a "political parties" screening guide to help support discussion and drive action (anything from increasing engagement in civics issues to supporting voter registration). If you'd like access to these materials before they're released to the public let me know and we can work with you to support engaging staff/stakeholders/supporters.
  • We're working on some larger events plans across the country, screenings with panels. If you'd like to collaborate on that front let me know!
  • If you think the films would be useful in any of your work in the fall in any way let me know and we can figure out how best to collaborate.
