Regarding the certified copy of Tax Assessment

Dear PBSCU community,

Is it sufficient to submit a notarized copy of the assessment instead of a certified copy or true copy of the tax assessment?

For some low financial reason,I don't want to show the certified copy of the tax assesment .Instead of this I want to submit a notarized copy of the tax assesment.

I would be grateful to get your valuable responses.
