Problem with pbscc v80, win7-64, pb12.5. Objects not synchronize

Hi, I need help. I have tried use pbscc with powerbuilder 12.5 (on win7 - 64bits), but when it connect with the project only show plus sign (+). I verified that the objects are updated, but not show the plus sign to green dot.

I see a same problem in this article: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/pbscc/7clBFqLa6aI  . I followed the instructions but no solve my problem.

My configuration:

pb 12.5  build 2511
win 7- 64 bits
Slik-Subversion-1.7.6-win32
TortoiseSVN-1.7.8.23174-x64-svn-1.7.6-1
pbscc 2.01.80

You must change in the file scc.ini, the property lock.strategy=prop to lock.strategy=lock
