Online textbook has gone down

Hi,

It seems that the online edition of the textbook hosted on this website: http://www.pbr-book.org/ has gone down? Not sure if this is scheduled maintenance or something went wrong somewhere.

We made some changes to the hosting / DNS for the site this morning; I thought everything was working, but it seems that you're right.

The good news is that it is now available via https--https://pbr-book.org seems fine. However, plain old http doesn't seem to be working--I'll look into that!
