git repository of the contents of the online edition of the book

We have made a git repository that holds the contents of the online version of the book available (under a CC BY-NC-ND license): https://github.com/mmp/pbr-book-website.

This is all the same contents that are available via http at pbr-book.org, but in this way it's easier to read the book offline: if you clone the repository and then point a http server at the top-level directory, it should be just the same as reading it via the website.
