Hello friends and neighbors!

Greater Portland Metro is designing an enhanced bus service that would connect Gorham, Westbrook, and Portland, essentially along Brighton Avenue and the current path of the Huskie Line. The design team is looking for community members who can be champions to help educate their neighbors! I'll be involved with the training and follow-up advocacy work, along with our great friend and fellow advocate Zoe Miller. 

If you're an adult and you ride the bus now, or would do so more if it were a faster, more reliable and more frequent service. There's a $500 stipend for folks who complete the training, attend the events, and follow up with community members! Definitely apply to if you speak multiple languages or are in a community of folks who rely on the bus right now.
