Wanted to share this good news from the Lambert Street neighborhood! PBPAC did a walk audit of the area in 2022 (report here). Hopefully this is the start of more much-needed traffic calming.

Winston and John,

I wanted to share the good news with you that the four-way stop at Summit and Lambert has been installed.  About four years ago PBPAC came to the neighborhood and did an audit.  It's been a long haul, a lot of meetings and much behind the scenes work that is happening around the city to get here.  I appreciate all that PBPAC is doing and that you were willing to jump in and do the audit for us.

Mike Murray indicated that they are taking into consideration other actions as the Lambert Woods development is built and more needs to be done.  We are now on the city's radar for sure.

Not a great picture, but you get the idea.

With appreciation,
Ruth Bettinger

I went through it twice today and I'm happy to see it. However, I did see almost every other car blow through it. It may need some amending to make sure drivers are extra aware of the change in traffic pattern.

That is such good news, thanks for sharing!
Any ideas about how to not have people go through the stop sign?
