Summer Council Ride Report - Final Draft

Hey everyone,

Thanks to all who have contributed to the report from the last council ride. It's been sitting in limbo for a bit now, and with the date for the fall council ride confirmed (Sunday, 9/25), we will be sending it Tuesday morning along with an invitation to all councilors, candidates, staff, and state reps.
