Hi Folks,
Since we didn't get a meeting notice out last week we'll be holding the February PBPAC meeting NEXT MONDAY, February 16th, at 7 PM on zoom.
We
have been tabling, or not getting to elections since September... We
need a full executive committee! There is important work to be done,
and we need help!
We are seeking nominations or volunteers
for 1 co-chair term until September, and one Secretary to serve until
September as well. After the election, the new executive committee can
appoint District leaders, 1 per council District, at the following PBPAC
meeting.
Co-chair role:
take joint responsibility for agenda setting and meeting moderation,
possibly alternating months. Help select District Leaders.
Secretary: Take
responsibility for either taking minutes or finding a stand in. Keep
track of membership. Assist with social media presence and google sites
website. Help select District Captains.
