Dear Councilor Phillips and Members of the T&S Committee:

Attached please a report compiled by the Transportation Plan Supergroup ("TPS Report") a joint subcommittee of several organizations including the Urbanist Coalition and Portland Bike-Ped.

The report details projects, programs, and priorities for consideration of the forthcoming Transportation Master Plan and reflects recommendations from numerous groups, organizations, and individuals (listed in the report). As the report reflects a fairly broad set of advocates, the recommendations should be considered a compilation of contributions as opposed to a comprehensive set of endorsements by all the participating parties.

Finally, this is a comment-only file and should be considered a "living document" that is subject to continual updates.

Please pass this along to the consultant who will be writing the plan.

Thank you,
Zack Barowitz
