Hello PBPAC folks,

At our meeting last night, we agreed that we would finalize this letter by circulating through the listserv one last time for a vote after I cleaned up the edits. Here is that version. Thank you to everyone who contributed, particularly Steven's edits and Christian's visualization.

I submit this to you all for a final vote, after which I will submit it to Jeremiah. My interpretation is that a majority vote of 6 or more PBPAC members is sufficient to approve a document between meetings. If you would like to see a significant change, please enter it into the document!

Thank you!
Myles

I am a yes on this letter, but our policy as been on after meeting reviews is posting for non approval.  Ie. assume approval by a certian time, unless several object.

Yes, this looks good to me, I agree with the positions taken.

I made a small suggestion to make the hard daylighting definition more clear.

Thanks for writing this up!

I don't know whether I'm entitled to vote, having just shown up, but the recommendation as it stands seems reasonable to me, and I certainly can't improve on it.

This is a very clear and well thought letter, therefore I do not object.
