So Inspiring! There were 6 speakers giving each a 10-15 minutes concise presentations.

Key notes:

The country of Wales changed speed limits on almost all roads to 20MPH
They did almost no enforcement or road reconstruction
Fatalities dropped 25% within 18 months
Turns out you only need 10-15% of drivers to comply with new speed limits to slow the overall speed
There's some cool science about how pushback works with new policies.
After the trial period they opened up comments as to which roads should go faster; 3% of road miles were increased.
