The Portland Area Comprehensive Transportation System (PACTS) has recently updated three plans that will impact the future of transportation and community engagement in the region:
The Public Involvement Plan guides how PACTS involves the public in transportation decision-making. The plan, last adopted in 2019, has been updated to incorporate the latest federal requirements and regional engagement practices.

The Connect 2050 Long Range Transportation Plan will support mobility and growth in the Greater Portland region by guiding transportation policies and investments through 2050. All modes of transportation are included, and the plan considers major issues that need to be addressed. Included in the planโs appendices is the Air Quality Conformity Determination Report, which documents that Connect 2050 meets federal requirements related to air quality standards.
