大家看到那么煽情的标题，是不是很好奇呢~

 

登登登！！这就是秋季成员招新的推荐制啦~无论是对于熟悉推荐制的老@er来说，或者是对于通过推荐制进来的@er来说，还有对于不清楚推荐制的@er来说，推荐制对大家来说都是非常重要的！因为这是大家的CI，是大家为CI出一份力的好机会哦！

 

好了，废话少说，给大家介绍一下推荐制吧
推荐制是我们常规招新渠道之外的一种重要招新方式。即每名@er通过自己的人脉网络，主动寻找适合AIESEC的potential talents，或者通过personal approach使合适的人能够了解AIESEC，最终加入AIESEC。这些人由于和@er比较熟悉，可以更快地融入AIESEC工作，并且对其有较正确的认识和态度，之后也会有较好的表现。我们相信你的眼光会为AIESEC带来更好的明天！

 

这次的推荐制跟上次的没有太大的区别，只要大家在表格上填好相关资料，一经通过，被推荐人就可以免掉繁琐的网申，直接进入群面啦

 

请注意！！被推荐的人必须到场参加群面，在面试者实力同等的情况下，会优先选择被推荐的人。没有到场参加群面的人将会被取消其被推荐资格！
