Dear All PBOXers:

先做个自我介绍，我是李笑雯（你可以叫我笑雯的啦==），是PBOX的FO。

相信大家已经很认真的看过VPF许佳炜大人发的【4月报销申请开放】的邮件，有几件事情我还需要再强调一下哈><

1.请在每月26日23:59前把Member Refund Application(模板见附件）发至我的邮箱jod...@gmail.com

以【Finance】姓名+几月报销为邮件名，APP以附件形式发给我，注意改附件名称（把name改成你的姓名，month改成报销月份，四月就是April）

PS：具体填法见附件的【AIESEC Nanjing】Daliy Refund Application 填写示范

五星重要级：PBOX常规报销项目是附件中的GCDPi Refund Guidance，分为九类具体情况请大家认真看

2.请在每月28日23:59分前打印好Member Refund Application贴好足额发票交给本校区的FO！！

（TL/Manager/Senior mbr注意规定改了啊，3月报销表也按此规定处理，自己打印贴发票交给本校区FO）

PS：南大仙林PJ的孩子交给我就行了哈，27日17:30~21:00我在音乐吧。

江宁地区纸质版交给东大李艾芳：15850607669

浦口地区纸质版交给南审蒋丹霞：15195915675

发票只要是足额的就行，不要求与所报项目对应，如EP Package是在淘宝上解决的，没有发票拿足额火车票贴上就可以了~（Match Refund/Bonding fee对应的金额不需要发票，餐饮发票不能报销）

大家要养成收集发票的好习惯，地铁充值卡、机场大巴、火车票等发票一定要收收好(问室友要很好的哈）><

3.这次上海RIC是有路费补贴的！！！！

Delegate补贴数额：135*0.6=81元

CD补贴（@发芽）：250+81=331元

VCD补贴（@仲轩野）：150+81=231元

这部分费用要贴发票！！！！

（请TL/Manager不要随意promise这笔费用能不能报销哦**）

总结一下报销流程：

26日前交电子版Application

28日前交纸质版Application

下个月初FO会把钱打至大家账户
