At first I thought that my posts were being ignored. Then I noticed
that I wasn't seeing my newsgroup posts. I didn't think anything of it
because I often delete them because of the way I clean up in Outlook
Express. Well, I made sure I didn't clean up for awhile and still I
didn't see my posts. Today I checked at deja.com and find out that the
last post they have from me is from 9-12 for a group I rarely visit
and the beginning of August for a group I regularly contribute to.
What the hell is up with that?!?! Thanks for the notice that PacBell
was just going to dump my posts without so much as an error message.
It just makes me sick that I put up with the slow news access, the run
around trying to get a newsgroup added, the conflicting tech support,
them telling me the problem is on my end when it is obviously on
theirs, the email outages, the 5 month wait to get the damn "service"
in the first place, the billing errors, the damn PacBell, PBI, SBC,
Prodigy, not knowing what the hell they are doing bullshit.
