High latenxy to my Gateway?

Hi all,
I have a statice ip and my default gateway is 63.194.83.254. I usually ping
around 10ms to my gateway but suddenly my ping jumps to 90-100ms in the
evenings? Could this be the code red worm from other computers clogging up
the gateway?

You're not alone. The last couple of days there's apparently something
wrong - I can ping my gateway adsl-216-103-210-254.dsl.snfc21.pacbell.net
but there were high percentage of packet loss (up to 25%)! Anyone know how
to report problem?
