I have adsl connection with Alcatel 1000 modem..i signed up 2.5years ago or
more..Now Alcatel1000 is very old and discontinued and i'm having some
problems with it like slowing down and not responding... would Pacbell
change my modem? what should i tell them? which modem is good for basic
adsl?
