I am looking for software to easily export and import data as an XLF file from Articulate (usually Rise) for translation. I have tried the SDL Trados free trial and it seems good but I would welcome some of your opinions on the software or if there is a better alternative. Also which of the Trados products you use.
After upgrading to SDL Trados 2019 I wanted to uninstall all components of SDL Trados 2017. I have managed to uninstall the individual components, but the SDL Multiterm 2017 - SR1 Remove suite of products remains. When I try to uninstall it, I get the following error message. How can I uninstall this please?
The Remove suite of products can't be uninstalled if the other components of MT are already uninstalled. This is actually designed to remove all components and itself. The only way to remove it is to actually install Multiterm 2017 SR1 back ( use the link below to download the latest version so you don't encounter issues when installing it) and after this is installed uninstall the Remove suite of products first. This will remove all components of SDL Multiterm 2017 SR1.

Trados products are available for purchase through an online store. The Application software offers various tools for translation, review, and terminology management. When creating a new (file-based) translation memory, Trados Studio creates a database file in which all translation units are stored. The translation memory also stores structural and context information to link all the different segments and their position in a document. This allows the tool to select the most relevant translation memory segment.
