The main concern of modern production is to avoid waste. The MPS Manual Production Systems from Rexroth have been developed strictly in line with aspects for lean production, enabling simple and fast planning and implementation of lean production installations.

The demands on modern, lean production are more than just focusing on individual modules. In fact, an integrated system with a uniform implementation concept comes to the forefront. At Rexroth, this concept is reflected by the MPS philosophy.

In addition, a comprehensive program of accessories consisting of workstation lighting, power supply, height adjustment, information provision and positioning of tools, as well as ESD components and swivel work chairs, is available.

Logistics material shuttles are used to manually link a supermarket shelf with workstations, to link two workstations or production islands, or to supply workstations with material from a supermarket.

FiFo stations can be compared to a supermarket for floor rollers, material shuttles and commissioning shuttles. The supermarket's size can be adjusted easily and quickly to your individual needs through the modular rail system.

EcoFlow components are used to implement material flow systems at workstations, to link workstations, as well as in the warehouse and commissioning area. EcoFlow eases worker strain because products and workpiece pallets are conveyed on manual slide sections.

The components for the tubular framing system are included in Rexroth's MTpro planning software and are strikingly easy to cut, to assemble and to handle. This saves time and cost designing and setting up your system.

As an interactive software solution ACTIVE Cockpit processes and visualizes production data in real time. ACTIVE Cockpit networks IT applications such as production planning, quality data management and e-mailing with the software functionality of machines and plants. The information is the basis for decisions and process improvements.

ACTIVE Shuttle helps increasing the automation of your intralogistics processes and material supply. The ACTIVE Shuttle Management System (AMS) enables highly flexible order management, in which orders can be entered manually or automatically fed via third systems.

Guys, if everything works out like I'm planning, I'm hoping to utilize a Bosch A pump on a 407 for my pulling tractor (That's probably gettin to be common knowledge in here! ) Anyways, I'd like to have a book here at home that I can flip to, to guide along for simple adjustments, and procedures, related to a Bosch A pump. I'd like to know where the fuel screw is, idle adjustments, flow adjustments, any governor related items, and whatnot. This way, I could make adjustments on it on my own, and not be trying to "shoot in the dark".

I know John Deere used these pumps. So did Case, but Case never did get into pumps & breakdowns of the pump in their partsbooks, so I have my doubts about the service manuals. Maybe Bosch has a good one themselves. If I can find one on Ebay, or buy a new one, that'd be great. I've never seen one, and if you guys know of a good one to look for, I'd sure appreciate it.

Now, regarding the previous mentioned statement about these pumps being used on John Deeres. I happened to run across a John Deere service manual, TM-1065, regarding the Robert Bosch pumps. The guy has it listed as covering both the A & P pumps. It's about 150 pages long. What I was wondering, if by chance, anyone can tell me if that's a handy manual to have? I know, wrong color, but I'm hoping someone has used that manual before.

lol heck i work in a pump shop and I've never even seen a service manual on one.. But yeah you will be needing a JD pump since your pump mounts on the right hand side... I didnt check out the link above but i would imagine any kind of information should make this pump pretty self explanatory as far as adjustments depending on what class you are pulling buying a stock one is probably not your best bet but a good start for sure... Does the pump rotate clockwise or counterclockwise on the 407? if clockwise you will be ok with the jD pump... if ccw you might need a new cam in it.

Arron, right now, I can't recall the rotation of the pump on 407's Determining the rotation would be as you were standing in front of the tractor, looking at the drive gears for the pump under the front cover, correct?

One of my neighbors runs a repair shop on his farmplace, he installed a A pump on a DT407 this last summer, that was the whole reason I've decided to go this route. He purchased the pump from Performance Diesel in Belden, NE. Knowing the guys in Belden, I guarantee that A pump has been tweaked for performance! What I don't recall is if a different cam had to be put in, again, because I can't remember the pump rotation on a 407.

I took a look at a Case 2590 today, to try & familiarize myself w/ the the fuel supply lines coming from the tank, into the primer pump on the side of the pump, to the fuel filters, then from the filters to the pump. It wasn't what I'd had in mind, but I'm sure glad I took a look at that, to get it all figured out. I'm going to try & use the stock primer pump setup at first, see how that works. The one that my neighbor put on, the tractor already had an electric pusher pump, so he took off the primer pump & put a blockoff plate on the side.

Hey i checked out the specs today and the 407 pump does rotate clockwise so youll be fine with the JD cam...lol my boss also said to let you know we have mounting plates and gears in stock... lemme know how it all goes.... does your tractor have a seperate lift pump on it aside from the one on the injection pump? the bosch ones i didnt think were too hard to plumb in...fuel comes in from the tank and out to your filters...then into one of the fitings on the top/side of the pump and a return out the other...unless you want to dual feed it...then no return fuel just pressure.

Thanks Arron! I also looked the other day, and did find that the pumps rotated clockwise, so yeah, I was glad to learn that too. As of yet, this tractor is "just on paper", but I'm hoping to get the ball rolling this spring.

I don't plan of using a separate supply pump right away, but rather just using the stock plunger pump on the side of the A pump itself. I did buy the JD (gasp!) A & P pump service manual off of Ebay the other day, so I think that will offer pointers in the future.

Read this entire manual before using, replacing, or installing the Gates Carbon Drive belt. Improper installation, adjustment, alteration, service, or maintenance can result in property damage and serious bodily injury, including death.

The trv has a pre-configured schedule that sets temperature targets at given times, mon-fri and sat-sun differ. Because the device needs to be factory reset to pair with z2m I am unable to delete this.

Downside is that this interferes with another limitation of the devices. I/my family wants to be able to also control the thermostats manually directly at the device. I can only see this by reading the changed target temperature. After a manual change i want the scheduled temp to be blocked for 90 minutes to prevent immediate overwrite. There are some other scenarios (window sensor, away mode) when the temps are dynamically changed too.

If I use a set of rules to prevent the 90 min block for manual change from kicking in after these changes (pre-configured, window, away), the timing is quite tricky and the whole thing seems prone to errors so far. It is complicated too.
