The Samsung Galaxy Ring has been long-anticipated. Samsung is the first major tech company (as in, the really big players) to invest heavily in creating one of the best smart rings, a category previously dominated by start-ups like Oura, Ringconn, and Ultrahuman, and all eyes are on it.
Each morning, the Ring feeds information about your previous day to Samsung Health, which gives you an Energy Score comprised of the following factors: Sleep time average, Sleep time consistency, Bed/wake time consistency, Sleep timing, Previous day activity, Sleeping heart rate, and Sleeping heart rate variability, or HRV.
After I slipped on the Ring and the Watch Ultra, around 5pm, I went to a family barbecue, during which I played being a firefighter with my niece and nephew for quite a while, then had some wine before going home to bed.
Looking back on my sleep data after I woke up, I was impressed: the Ring correctly identified when I woke up around 4am, and although my overall Sleep Score registered as 95 (Excellent), my Energy Score was only 57 (Time to Relax). This was due to an elevated average heart rate during sleep (presumably caused by the booze) of 68 bpm, which was above my average resting heart rate of 52 bpm.
A lot of wearable tech enthusiasts, and indeed people who are still fairly clueless about it all, are going to find that they love the idea of a smart ring. The only barrier I can see is the expensive $400 buy-in, but clearly, people are paying it. Watch this space for a full review after a few more days of testing.

I have had 3 technicians come and nobody can fix tis problem. whenever i use apps off my samsung smart tv like netflix yourutbe fubo prime dazn everything is good. but when i go back to cable there is no sound . nobody knows why. is it my smart tv . it weird i have to turn off the tv and turn it back on for my cable to have sound. its very frustrating and i wish i never switched to ignite. can anybody help me.
On the Rogers box, go to Rogers - Settings - Device Settings - Audio - HDMI Audio Output and try the various settings there. The best when using a TV is usually "Stereo", instead of "Auto Detect" because the latter requires a handshake between the box and the TV, whereas the former doesn't. There appears to be a handshake issue between the TV and the Rogers box. Make sure that the firmware on your TV is up to date, especially if it's a few years old.
Edit - If this doesn't fix it, and you don't like turning the TV off/on, perhaps change the input on the TV to a different one (like ANT or other) and then back to the HDMI input you're using for Rogers. Another thing you can try is plugging the Rogers box into a different HDMI input, assuming the TV has one - HDMI2 instead of HDMI1 for example. Sometimes one of the inputs is designed for a particular type of signal...
Any update on this have the same TV and have similar issues, I have sound but it is lower while watching Ignite TV and any of the apps on the box (Netflix, Youtube, etc), switch to apps on Samsung TV and the apps are normal volume. Have tried different boxes, different HDMI ports, adjusted all the audio settings on the TV and Ignite Box and nothing helps.
Unfortunately, different devices can have different volume outputs. I'm not sure if the TV has an adjustment in the TV's audio setting, but you say you've tried them all. Usually the TV audio may have something like "voice enhancement" or something similar that can increase the audio somewhat, but I'm not sure if you can do that specifically for a specific input. Check out your Input and HDMI input settings on the TV for anything regarding audio. I suggest you give those a try again. You may want to download the operating manual for the TV and do a search of the PDF using terms like "volume" "audio", "Input" etc.

This is why Netflix comes preinstalled on these TV models, especially the newer ones.
Sony, LG and Samsung are also working with Netflix to revolutionize how people watch TV by focusing on creating 4K smart TVs while Netflix focuses on delivering high quality 4K content that can be watched on those TVs.
In 2021, Netflix and Walmart teamed up to feature exclusive products and exciting entertainment through the new Netflix Hub. It also offers streaming of popular shows like Stranger Things, CocoMelon, and Nailed It! Toys, games and apparel can also be expected at the Netflix Hub.
Netflix India came up with a creative way to cast for their reality dating show, In Real Love, which follows the dating lives of singles who carry secrets that they feel are holding them back from finding real love.
The collaboration included Tinder users being able to apply for the show by swiping right on a casting call which would direct them to a registration page. This was also a great way for the show to advertise itself.
Netlfix has managed to grow from a small business to a huge global corporation through strategically partnering with bigger brands and cementing itself as a trustworthy entertainment brand. Some of the brands they've partnered with in the past few decades include consumer electronic companies, and smart TV brands like Samsung, LG, and Hisense. They've also partnered with Walmart and a myriad of other brands to create products that are relevant to fans of their TV shows.
It's an increasingly common problem: You own a device that has no apparent problem, but it suddenly stops working with an app or service because its software can no longer be updated. That's happened to me, for example, with two older iPads, which no longer let me buy items from Amazon or play videos from several streaming services.
I received similar statements from Roku, Samsung, and Vizio, all blaming "technical limitations" without any further detail. Netflix hasn't yet responded to queries on the issue. All the companies said that those using affected devices should receive a notification reflecting this change.
