I have armv5te device like Pogoplug.
Is it technically feasible to build Payara micro for Pogoplug from payara github?

Providing the device has enough resources to run Payara Micro, then yes. The important thing is whether you can get a compatible JVM for your device. If it is a Raspberry Pi, then it will work fine.
You shouldn't need to rebuild Payara Micro, as long as you can get OpenJDK on your device.
