I'm 30 and from the Portland area originally, went to school there and Cali and now I live and work in Seattle as a postdoc in neurodevelopment. I have always loved gaming. I grew up playing the Dragon Warriors series on NES  and various games on a Commodore, and have always been a big fan of Zelda, Final Fantasy, and similar. Haven't done much PC gaming as of late, but growing up was a fan of mechwarriors, C&C series, and star craft. 

Favorite genre of games: RPGs, action/adventure, sim/strategy

Favorite Drinks: amber or brown beers, rum based drinks, alcohol mixed with ginger ale

Favorite Seattle Bar: hard to decide between Dragonfish (happy hour is nice on the way home) or El Borracho 

Favorite Seattle Resturant: Portage Bay Cafe

I don't have any PAX tips cause I've never been. My best friends used to go nearly every year and told me about it a week before I moved to Seattle and since I moved about a week before PAX 2013 I didn't really know what was going on or how to get tickets that late but it was on my list to go to 2014.

If you like RPGs and action / adventures have you checked out the "Tales of" series? The newest English one is Tales of Xillia I believe. They're pretty great!
