Moving This Google Group

I am going to move this Google group so it's hosted under my domain.

Apparently, a lot of messages here have been marked as spam and set to be moderated.  After reading online, I cannot turn that feature off in a free group.  I can change it in a group under my Google Suite domain where I can control that feature and allow messages marked as spam to post to the group anyway.

This is a private group where only approved people can join, so why it insists on marking messages as spam and holding them for moderation I don't know, and it doesn't make any sense.  

This group will be turned off so you cannot post to it anymore.

I just tried after logging out and back in, then clicking the link directly from this current group, and got the same message.

Actually now I just get a 403 error that I do not have access to the page

I can't seem to see any conversations in the new group.  I am logged into google.  I have sent a couple messages and still don't see anything.  I can, however, see messages from other google groups.
