Try shutting down pawtap and your computer.  Then restart.

I am trying to do my pre-trial printing of Scribe Sheets and whatnot. The Scribe Sheets print out as regular blanks, but the exhibitor information is not populating the fields. Same with Armbands; the top of the document prints but the rest is blank (no exhibitor or dog names or trial number). This is not a printer issue. I have pretty extensively checked all paths there. PawTap is simply not generating the documents correctly. HELP!

When you go to the print screen there’s an option that says all records make sure that is checked I think there are two other options like current record, blank record or all records make sure blank is not checked. Sometimes my printer defaults back to that and I don’t know why.
