New software final confirmation emails

I used the new software for a big trial a few weeks ago and all was fine!  Another trial coming up and having an issue with the Final Confirmation.  As far as I can tell, it's only an issue for one person.  The initial confirmation was fine, no problems.  The final confirmation looks like this (extra lines taken out to save space for this email)l:

Dear Raychel Leong-Sullins,
This is your final confirmation for the April trials in Perry, GA.  Please review and let me know of any changes.
Please review the information email that you will receive later today.  Thank you.
Owner: Raychel Leong-Sullins 2046 Longview Way Atlanta, GA, 30341, (678) 267 - 6653

It leaves off all the entry info.  I tried removing entries and adding them again, and still nothing.  Yet, if I generate an initial confirmation, it is fine.  Any suggestions?
