I'm going to be rolling out Version 2 in the next couple of weeks.  I'm offering a price discount for those who have purchased Version 1 within the last 18 months.  This is the pricing schedule:

I will be contacting people over the next couple of weeks.  I'm going to work backward in time, so if you have purchased it recently, you'll be the first ones eligible for the new version.  Once I get some copies out I'll update my website so it can be purchased by everyone.  I'm trying to keep it all organized. So if you don't get an offer to purchase the software right away, don't worry. If you don't hear me by about February 20, please email me at secr...@pawtap.net. Currently, there is no way to import people or dogs from V1 into V2.  My time is really limited, and it would delay the release by a couple of weeks to get that done so I didn't think it was worth the time.

The software works great, but I want to put in a bunch of additions and updates.  This is the To Do list. If what you want is on this list, please do not contact me asking for it. I already know it's wanted.  :)

Feel free to use this group to ask questions and discuss the software.  

The software also runs AKC Scent Work trials, but for now, that feature is disabled except for testers.  I have a lot I need to change for that to be released.

Hi Cynthia - We just recently started having problems with our original paw tap program.  It randomly puts dogs in the wrong classes.  Also mis-labels heights.  We really need a program that works as our regional event is in a month. Without a working paw tap we will be in big trouble.  Could we please be on the early list?  Tina

One of the things that we found was when running the Smart Run Order, if you have a dog(s) on a waitlist it leaves them out of any of their classes - not just the one they are waitlisted in.  We had to stop using the Smart Run Order and go back to manual manipulating the regular run order list.

This is a new problem for us.  We never have used smart run order. Always have manually made up the run order.   We have used our original paw tap for many years with no issues.  Have no idea why it is deciding to go AWOL now. Tina

This is a known issue and has been since the beginning.  They do print in the scribe sheets.  I just manually add them back in the run order.  It is important to delete all waitlist runs at the end of the trial, or you will have this problem in the next trial as well, even if there is no waitlist for that trial.
