Printing Running Orders download option

When I select Print Running Orders, it brings up the screen for printing.  There is a download button next to the print button.

But, the download button does not work for me.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Did you get the solution to this? Someone else was asking but it was a user specific problem.

No I didn't. I printed to pdf to solve it.

The download button doesn’t work for me either within any of the pop up windows, however for the running order page - if you hit “save running orders for the above selections” instead of using the download button within “print running orders for above selections” that does save the file as a PDF.

 

Side question: is there any way to generate the running order as a spreadsheet or other editable document for editing purposes?

I found a software pdftoexcel that translates it to excel pretty well

Have ;you tried to export the .csv file to .xlsx?  I can do that on my macbook.

Yes, I tried a multitude of variations of files, exports, software and copy and paste.  Finally got something to work, but it took way too much time to get a solution.  I know how huge a software update like this can be, just trying to give feedback on what would be nice to have for the future.
