        SQUARE DANCE CLUB

 

Paws and Taws members and friends –

 

No dance Friday night since Paws and Taws will be hosting the South Carolina Federation meetings and dances on Saturday.  Full schedule below – note there is a dance in the afternoon from 12:30 to 2:30pm, early rounds from 6:30 to 7:00pm, and a dance in the evening from 7:30 to 10:00pm after the Grand March at 7:15pm.  Hope to see you in Seneca!

 

Upcoming Paws and Taws dances;

• Friday, July 28 – no dance, hosting South Carolina Federation on Saturday.
• Saturday, July 29 – South Carolina Federation meeting and dance, Details on the flyer in the event details on the Upstate South Carolina Google calendar.  Schedule is:

• Friday, August 11 – Ice Cream Social Benefit Dance with Ken Perkins calling and Tom Bunn cueing.  Proceeds to benefit Senior Solutions.
• Friday, August 25 – Lazy Days of Summer Dance with Joe Arnold calling and Tom Bunn cueing.
• Friday, September 8 – Game Day Dance with Richard Smith calling and Tom Bunn cueing.
• Friday, September 22 – Fall Picnic Dance at South Cove County Park; see flyer in the details on the Upstate South Carolina Google calendar for directions.  Bring a covered dish to join us for the potluck picnic starting at 6:00pm and admission is free; the dance is from 6:45 to 8:45pm.  Ken Perkins calling, Tom Bunn cueing, and Cindy Bunn leading lines.

 

Dances are at Senior Solutions with early at 7:00pm and the dance, mainstream with announced Plus with rounds and lines between tips from 7:30 to 9:30pm unless otherwise noted.  Flyers are in the event details on the Upstate South Carolina Google calendar.

I will be camping at High Falls County Park on July 28-29 in Site 67.  If anyone wants to sit around and visit between dances Saturday, I would love to have them come over.  Bring a chair to sit in.  Also there are more spaces if anyone else wants to camp.

 

Friday evening Oconee State Park has old fashion square dancing.
