do i need to register all Native functions on c++ abstract machine even if it is not needed in the pawn script

Hi i am trying to make an executable, which loads amx and registers natives

If pawn script has #include <string.inc>, i need to register string_Natives,

if pawn script has #include <console.inc>, i need to register console natives.

Is it possible?
