FOUND: beaten up boxer/Beacon Falls, CT

this poor dog...

Please forward to anyone you know in CT. I found a beaten up Boxer today on Beacon Valley Road in Beacon Falls, CT. He was wandering in and out of traffic in front of the Beacon Hills complex. He was cut and bleeding above his left eye, and the eye itself was blood shot. He also had several cuts and blood on his shoulder as well. He was wearing a collar, but no tags. I was able to get him on my dog's leash and rushed him over to Naugatuck Animal Hospital. They scanned him, but found no chip. He must be 4 years old or more based on the white hair on his face, and sadly he was never neutered. Naugatuck Animal Hospital contacted the Dog Warden in Beacon Falls, and began to treat the wounds. This dog was very friendly to my 210 pound Mastiff, and seemed happy to be on a leash, and in a safe car. He was even nice to the cat he met at the Vet's office, so he must belong to someone, or at least once did. Please feel free to contact myself, booc...@aol.com ,Naugatuck Animal Hospital 203-723-7187, or the Beacon Falls Animal Control for any further information. When I left Naugatuck Animal Hospital they were waiting to hear from someone at the Beacon Falls Animal Control.
