Paver 1.2.1

Hi,

I'd like to announce bugfix release of Paver 1.2.1.

This fixes mainly regressions regarding path.py as well as some remaining problems with Python 3 (one is remaining: installation error is shown when installing using pip; this should be fixed in next version, when we'll update to latest path). 

Thanks to all contributors and reporters for their work!
