Paver 1.3

Hi,

Paver 1.3 has been released. It fixes multiple issues, most notable
"shell.py" missing from minilib.

This release also removes support for Python 2.5 and deprecates usage
of Python 2.6. Testing environment has been updated to ensure
compatibility with Python 3.4.
