Paver 1.2 with Python 3 support released

Hi,
way too late, but I'd like to announce immediate availability of Paver
1.2 which features Python 3 support.
Many thanks to Robin Kruppe who wrote the patch!
Complete changes are, as usual, in the changelog

This release was a bit hairy to polish, so please report any bugs ASAP
to github bug tracker.
If there will be no objections, this is possibly the last release that
features python 2.5 support and bazaar integration.
