ANN: Paver 1.1

Hello,

I'd like to announce the release of Paver 1.1. This release is mostly
cumulative bugfix and updates in bundled libraries. Changes are, as
usual, in release notes

Annoying number of small bugs withhold the release since RC; I hope
this will no longer be the case and releases will follow in much
shorter timespan.

I'd like to thank to all the contributors -- I am happy that paver is
beginning to gather wider participation. To all of you: thank you very
much and please continue!

Please test and report all the bugs to our github ticket tracker at
https://github.com/paver/paver .

I'd like to apologize for my silence in mailing list; it cracked
through my e-mail settings, I'll respond to the old ones in the
upcoming days.
