UGD and Cauvery Connection Account details

Hi All,

Attached spreadsheet contains details on UGD and Cauvery connection funds collected and payments done. There are multiple sheets in the file with varying details, please review and let me know if you have any questions.

There is some underpayment from the owners, which is attributed to changes/ minor corrections in the final calculation. Current owners who have made surplus payment would be refunded the appropriate amount.

Thanks Anish for sharing the expense for the previous work of Kaveri connection.

Please let me know your availability for a discussion on this expense sheet. As I differ from the statement. The official demand note from Kaveri was per Sqft and thus cannot be same for 2BHK and 3BHK. The amount for 2BHK was paid as per the demand note has been paid. Those 2BHK owners who paid excess should be refunded. Also Lingaraju has paid 10000/- less for each flat. Such adjustment cannot be favoured for selected flat owners.  I had a discussion with Raju. He had been kind enough to extend this support for this discussion.

If required I can be present at Pavani Fortune as per your convenience for this discussion and closing this out permenantly.
