documents required for opening a CAPEX account of the society.

Hi All,

The following documents are required to open the account.

1. Attested copy of the bye-laws.

2. Attested copy of the registration certificate.

3. Attested copy of the resolution of the association intimating the names of the authorized people to sign the checks.

   The attestation is to be signed by an authorized person like Secretary of the association with stamp.

4. The following documents in respect of the persons authorized to sign the checks.

    a, Address Proof.

    b. ID proof.

    c. Two passport size photos.  

    All the above are to be attested by the  relevant individuals.

5. duly filled in copy of the application.

6. Personal details of each person authorized to sign the checks,  The personal details shall be as per the pages (two pages)contained in the application. 

   Note : only a current account can be opened and not a SB account.
