PAV ontology moved to GitHub

As Google Code will close down from January 2016, we have moved project hosting for the PAV ontology and documentation to GitHub.

PURLs like http://purl.org/pav/html should continue to work (although they are not all updated yet).

For the new homepage of PAV, see

Feel free to use the GitHub issue tracker to report issues. This Google Group is not affiliated with Google Code, and should not be affected by this move.
