Sometimes, you may want to or have to transfer only part of your data setfrom one format to another format instead of the entire one. For example, youhave a data set of hospital patients and you only want to use the subset offemale patients. Other occasions, you have to trim down your data set so tofit in a specific statistical package. For example,LimDep only allows 199 variables.
Notice that on the right hand side, we see all the variables in thedata set. We then go back to the Transfer dialog box and proceed totransfer. At the bottom of the screen shot below, Stat/Transfer tells usthat 109 observations were transferred.
Returning back to Transfer dialog box, we can do the transfer now byclicking on the Transfer button. Stat/Transfer tells us that 150variables out of 401 have been selected and 1000 observations have beentransferred.
Stat/Transfer is a utility program that converts data sets from one formatto another (for example SPSS to Stata, or Excel to SAS). It is quick andeasy to use, and available on Winstat, Linstat and in the SSCC computer labs.
The exclamation point (!) indicates that the following command is to be executed by the computer's operating system rather than Stata. The SAS equivalent is x. The -y switch tell Stat/Transfer that yes, it is allowed to overwrite any existing version of output.xls. It plays the same role as the replace option in Stata's save command. A STAT Transfer Center specialist will facilitate the admission and registration process and call to report once a patient has been accepted for transfer by a Lutheran Hospital attending physician.
Whether day or night, your call will be answered by the NYP STAT Transfer Nurse Coordinator of your choice, Adult or the newly created Pediatric/Neonatal/OB Transfer Nurse Coordinator, who will gather pertinent information necessary to initiate the hospital-to-hospital patient transfer process.
Whenever possible, transport of your patient will be coordinated through NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital EMS, with ambulances stationed at Weill Cornell and Columbia campuses. To better serve the Westchester and Hudson Valley regions, NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital now has an ALS ambulance stationed at the NewYork-Presbyterian Westchester Behavioral Health Center campus, providing pediatric, neonatal and adult transport. The appropriate level of EMS transportation is determined after consultation among the transferring and accepting physicians and our highly trained transfer team.
Our Transfer Nurse Coordinators will keep you informed of your patient's status throughout the transfer process. We are available 24/7 to answer questions regarding the transfer process such as: name of accepting physician, physician contact information, accepting nursing unit and patient arrival time.
Stat Rerolling, added in Update 11, is a way to increase the base stats of any unit by using Stat Cubes or Perfect Stat Cubes to Reroll Stat Rerolls. You may get a worse base stat or a better base stat.
Talk to the Beeruh NPC (found at the Traits and Evolve area) and select "Reroll Potential". A menu will appear which will allow you to select any of your units and displays their current stats and Worthiness.
It's always recommended to bring a unit's Worthiness to 100% before rerolling any or all stats for a unit because you will have a higher chance to receive a good stat or stats such as a S. Stat Cube

When Evolving a unit, the stats of the unit will ALWAYS* be better than what it had when it was unevolved. So it is recommended to always reroll the Stats of your unit with high worthiness before evolving them. Note that the higher the %, the less increase it may get.
You can transfer the stats of one unit to another by talking to Wish Girl (found at the Play area, next to the Kizzua NPC), and stat transfer attempts costs 5000 Gold each stat. The transfer has a 50% chance of succeeding regardless of what unit in question it is.

This includes any courses listed under the heading Provisional Credit on your transfer credit report. These courses will automatically transfer once a final grade is received by submission of an official transcript. Students may use Transferology to identify established content equivalent courses.

Requests are accepted throughout the year, and we encourage students to submit their requests as soon as the materials noted above are available. Submissions received after the fourth week of the current term may not be processed before your scheduling window opens for the following term. Submissions received fewer than three full weeks prior to the first day of any term may not be processed before the start of that term. Ohio State students planning to take statistics courses at other institutions in the United States should first check Transferology to determine if content equivalent Ohio State courses have already been established. If not, students may ask the Statistics Transfer Credit Coordinator to determine if an exact Ohio State course equivalent exists.
If an Ohio State course equivalent is identified in the pre-evaluation, students should submit official transcripts containing the completed course information to Ohio State Undergraduate Admissions ( _credit/index.asp). Upon receipt, Ohio State will automatically award transfer credit for the pre-determined equivalent course. Students typically do not need to submit this course for a second evaluation. There are no statistics examinations for credit offered at the Testing Center. Credit for many other courses at Ohio State may be earned through examination. Details on examination credit (EM) are available on the Registrar's Testing Center website.
The only examination credit awarded for statistics courses is through the Advanced Placement (AP) Program. Students who have taken the AP Statistics exam earn EM credit based on their score. An AP score of 3 is the equivalent of STAT 1450 and an AP score of 4 or 5 is the equivalent of STAT 2450. These equivalencies will automatically be awarded on receipt of official scores by the Registrar's Office.
