Position: Software Engineer 3/ Software Engineer 4/ Staff Engineer

The ideal candidate is a versatile engineer with a sound understanding of previous work who demonstrates the ability to learn & solve problems quickly.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Achieve an excellent understanding of our rich portfolio that includes a full life-cycle Wireless LAN Management System, Guest Access Provisioning system, Location-based services and purpose-built CentOS appliances
* Design and develop product features with high-quality while following established processes
* Troubleshoot problems & provide solutions

Required Skills:
* Excellent communication skills
* 5+ years of professional Java software development

Position: QA Engineer 3/QA Engineer 4 / Staff Engineer
Business Unit: CDBU – Network Management
Experience: 4 – 14 yrs
As a key contributor in a team creating high-complexity Wireless LAN networking platform, you will be responsible for testing of Network Management System GUI for Wireless LAN products. You will need to put forth and execute a test strategy for the Wireless Lan products, Partner with development teams to debug WiFi/GUI problems. Establish and build out test beds and work with cross-functional teams.
Experience/Skills:
* BS/MS in EE/CS with knowledge of Wireless technology.
* Understanding of 802.11N protocol and wireless network deployment experience.
* Blend of wired and wireless technology understanding.
* Must have expertise in Network Management Systems GUI testing.
* Good automation skills using Selenium/Silk/TCL.
* Possess knowledge in system test related to networking products and technologies.
* Strong analytical skills to debug and isolate problems.
* Knowledge of Java is a plus.
* Must create solid test plans and procedures, self-starter, proactive, excellent communication skills and must be able to handle multiple tasks.
Software Engineering Manager
Business Unit: CDBU – Network Management
Experience : 12- 16 yrs
Location: Bangalore
Job Summary: Expected to drive SW engineering practices and also to build and sustain strong technical skills in the team and also responsible for the performance, productivity, morale and motivation of the team.
Responsibilities
- A minimum of 10 + years of experience as an individual contributor and 2 + years as a 1st line manager
- Strong design and development experience using Java/J2EE in Network Management Systems
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- A clear understanding of the product development cycle, technical requirements with a strong understanding of concepts related to computer architecture, data structures and programming practices.
- Experience in setting up a team and delivering products of high quality.
- Candidate must have a strong record delivering software projects on-time and with high quality
- Strong understanding of our rich portfolio that includes a full life-cycle Wireless LAN Management System, Guest Access Provisioning system, Location-based services and purpose-built CentOS appliances.
