Blackstone's attempted buyout of PNM

For those who live in NM, the big hedge fund Blackstone is applying to buy
PNM which is NM's electricity supplier. Blackstone is new into the
electricity
market, but their ownership of real estate has been a disaster for the
public
so I don't expect this to be any better if they are successful. Anyway,
there's
public comment before the Public Regulatory Commission that opponents
are requesting that people show up, protest, and submit comment.
I already went and commented at the first hearing, I think I already posted
that awhile ago.
