DETAILS

• Support troubleshooting client issues with high level data analysis and project review

• Assist in support hours of operation and off hour production emergencies

• Perform level of effort estimates for assigned tasks and change orders

• Identify root causes of technical issues in production and out of box failures

• Develop code updates to fix reported defects

• Provide detailed information with Tier 1 clients as required

• Implement best production support programming practices

• Engage in internal issues review and client calls Technology

• Understanding of mainframe applications Expert in VSAM JCL and Cobol Should have very good knowledge in these applications and good amount of work experience in these technologies
