Job Title: Business Data Analyst

 

Locations: Brenham, TX (Remote)

We need someone who can travel to client site at least twice a month

Travel (fare) will be provided

 

Auto Insurance experience is must

Job Description:

• Auto Insurance experience is must
• Business Data Analysis Exp
• Agile work experience
• Nice to have scrum master skills
• Knowledge on performing and documenting data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design.
• Knowledge on reporting, analytics, dashboards.
• Ability to articulate business requirements in a technical language, and technical capabilities in business terms
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
• Agile work experience
• Good Hands-on experience on Jira and Confluence
• Strong SQL skills, including data modelling and architecture of relational (3NF) and reporting optimized (Star/Snowflake Schema) data structures.
• Strong query optimization skills.  Should understand indexing and partitioning of tables.
• Experience writing technical documentation for your data loads.
• Good analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to prioritize, manage and work on multiple tasks in order to meet key milestones and deadlines.
